FalaClinic was founded in 2025 by a healthcare operations specialist, in collaboration with doctors across Brazil and South Africa. We watched too many private clinics lose patients to a busy switchboard — and saw how voice AI had finally become good enough to fix it.

Today we serve private GPs, dentists and specialist clinics across Brazil. Every conversation is handled in the patient's preferred language, every booking lands in the clinic's existing system, and every byte of data stays on local infrastructure.
